払い戻しについて

返品期限は７日間です。ご購入後７日を過ぎますと、返金・交換はお受けできません。
返品の条件として、商品が未使用でお受け取り時と同じ状態であることが必要です。必ず、商品を受け取った際に使用した梱包材と一緒にご返送ください。一部返品不可の商品もございます。食品、生花などの生鮮品、新聞、雑誌などは返品をお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。また、直接肌に触れるもの、衛生用品、危険物、可燃性の液体やガスも返品をお受けできません。

返品にはレシートまたは購入証明書が必要です。
購入した商品をメーカーに返品することはできません。
以下の場合、商品代金の一部のみが返金されます。
- 明らかに使用された形跡のある本
- 開封済みのCD、DVD、VHSテープ、ソフトウェア、ビデオゲーム、カセットテープ、アナログレコード。
- 当店の責によらない事由により、当初の状態と異なり、破損または一部欠落している商品。
- 商品到着後30日以上経過して返品された商品。
払い戻し（該当する場合）
返品商品の受領および検品後、返品商品の受領を確認するEメールをお送りします。また、返金が承認された場合、または拒否された場合にも通知いたします。
返金が承認された場合
払い戻しの遅延または未処理について（該当する場合）
まだ返金を受け取っていない場合は、まず銀行口座を再確認してください。
ご入力いただいた情報が正しい場合は、クレジットカード会社にお問い合わせください。払い戻し手続きが完了してから、実際に払い戻しが処理されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。その後、銀行へご連絡ください。払い戻しが行われるまで、手続きに時間がかかる場合があります。上記の連絡後、まだ返金を受け取っていない場合は、toyofumi.suzuki@otaniacs.tokyo までご連絡ください。
セール商品（該当する場合）
通常価格の商品の返金は受け付けておりますが、セール商品の返金は受け付けておりません。
交換（該当する場合）
不良品、破損品に限り交換を承ります。同じ商品との交換が必要な場合は、toyofumi.suzuki@otaniacs.tokyoへメールし、下記住所までお送りください。

ギフト
ご購入時にギフトと記載され、お客様へ直接発送された商品につきましては、ご返品時に商品と同額のギフト券を添えてご返金いたします。返品の受領後、商品券を郵送いたします。
ご購入の際にギフト商品であることが明記されていなかった場合、または贈り主がご自身で商品をお受け取りになった後にお客様に商品を贈られた場合は、お客様が商品を返品された際に、贈り主に返金が行われ、贈り主にも返品の旨が通知されます。
商品の発送
返品を希望される場合は、以下の宛先までお送りください。
返品にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。送料は返金には含まれませんのでご注意ください。返金をご希望の場合は、返金額から返送料を差し引かせていただきます。お住まいの地域によっては、交換商品のお届けにお時間をいただく場合がございます。
Refunds

Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
As a condition of return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Be sure to return the item with the packaging materials that were used when you received it.
Certain items are not eligible for return. Please note that we do not accept returns of perishable items such as food and fresh flowers, as well as newspapers and magazines. Products that come in direct contact with the skin, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases will also not be accepted for return.
Other non-returnable items:
*Gift cards
*Downloadable software products
*Health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Purchased items cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
Only a portion of the merchandise price will be refunded under the following circumstances
*Books with obvious signs of use.
*Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or analog records
* Merchandise that differs from its original condition and is damaged or partially missing for reasons that are not our fault.
* Merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the returned merchandise. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Unprocessed Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account first.
If the information you provided is correct, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to actually be processed after we have completed our refund process.
Then, please contact your bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept refunds for regular-priced items, but not for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send the item back to toyofu.627@gmail.comへメールし and send it to the following address

Gifts
For items marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, we will refund you with a gift certificate for the equivalent value of the merchandise upon return. Upon receipt of the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver gave the item to you after receiving it himself, when you return the item, the refund will be made to the giver, who will also be notified of your return.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are not included in refunds. If you wish to receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that depending on where you live, it may take longer to receive your replacement item.
If the price of the returned merchandise exceeds ¥75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
